What is the turnaround time for a custom painting or digital artwork?

 - My turnaround time is currently about 3 weeks, subject to change in peak seasons. If you ever need something rushed, please let me know and I will see if that is something I can accommodate.

Do I have to pay for shipping on top of the price of the painting?

 - If you are local to Birmingham, Alabama (Chelsea area), free local pickup is available! If not, shipping is an added price depending on the weight of your item.

The item description shows a frame I can add for $10. What does this frame look like?

 - The frames are simple white frames in the size you choose. 

Do you have a return policy?

 - Due to all of my pieces being custom-made, I am unable to take returns. However, if you are unsatisfied with your piece, please reach out, and I will do everything I am able to do to make it satisfactory.

What if I want something custom-made that is not listed on the website?

 - Although I have specific items for sale on the website, I am happy to work with you on another custom item if I am able. Please email me through the "Contact" page to connect about your idea.
